Melt white chocolate by double boiling & keep aside. Heat a pan add strawberry crush & Condensed milk when starts bubbling add coconut & cook till dough consistency.
Pour melted white chocolate in rose mould with spoon let it set little and make round flate balls from strawberry coconut mixture and place in center of the mould and cover with white melted chocolate till top & tap it carefully and keep in the fridge for 1010-mins to set.
Remove from the fridge and unmold in plate garnish with edible golden powder and rose petals.
